Hydraulic Quench Press – SIMPLETEC-LT-035-2H is a single station machine with two quench heads, suitable for press quenching of gears with internal and or external teeth, synchronizer cones, clutch bodies, and other parts, for hardening without distortion. Each station is independent. Parts up to 250 mm diameter can be handled. Production output from 10 to 90 components per hour is achievable, depending upon the component weight and quench time. Machine is self- contained and does not require any special foundation.
