SIMPLETEC TC-418 series flexible tooling system requires a small inventory for wide range of tracks. Large diameter pressing cylinders give wider tool support and total protection against uneven pressing forces. Automatic switchover from rapid travel to pressing speed, makes the operation fast and highly productive.

With the Flexible Tooling System TC-418, wide range of track chain models and sizes can be covered with few sets of tooling, thereby saving huge investment on tooling costs. Each set of tooling comprises of a heavy-duty Anvil, one set of Disassembly Pushers and one set of Assembly Pushers and Locators. Considerable adjustments are possible in aligning the pushers with the track pin and bush, in both vertical and horizontal axes during disassembly and assembly operations.
