RAILWAY CROSSING SMALL STRAIGHTENING MACHINE

SIMPLETEC Railway Crossing Straightening Machine RC-600 is a low-cost machine for straightening of crossings after they is cast. It comprises of a 300 t vertical pressing cylinder and a 300 t horizontal pressing cylinder. Two roller conveyors are provided on either sides to support the crossing. During pressing, the rollers on the conveyors automatically moves down by 25 mm, so that the pressing load is not transferred to them. The roller conveyors are mounted on heavy duty castor wheels.
